Aradhana is part of the Corporate Practice at Wadhwa Law Offices with a focus on M&A and PE & VC transactions. She advises clients on cross-border and domestic transactions as well as commercial contracts and internal policies. 

She graduated from the School of Law, Christ University. Since law school, she has always had a strong academic interest in corporate and competition law.

On her days off, Aradhana likes binge-watching sitcoms and devouring a Meghana's biriyani. She also loves playing sports like throwball and basketball, and is an avid fan of Formula1.
